What’s special about this farmers' market?

An exciting one-off event in Highbury!

A full Farmers Market will run at Highbury Fields on Sunday the 14th of June on the Crescent by the leisure centre with a wide selection of stalls to shop for fresh fruit, fresh veg, fresh and cured fish, meat, poultry, bread, cheese, honey, charcuterie, sweet treats, dairy, pasta, cordials, kombuchas, sauces, and top quality flowers. There will be curry, brisket in a bun and other things to eat for lunch, or cake with tea or coffee if a snack is all you need.

 

Stalls will include: Addlestone Honey, Astons Bakehouse, Bagnell Farm, Cakehole, Chalk Stream Trout, The Cornish Gouda Co, E.S. Burroughs in partnership with Hugo's Farm, Forest Biltong, Fosse Meadows, Fruitway Farm, Giggly Pig, Isle of Wight Tomatoes, Karuna, Le Petit Moulin Traiteur, Miriam's Munchies, My Angry Pasta, Rosebie Morton Flowers, Russell's Plaice, Salt & Smoke, Ted's Veg, The Fine Jamaican Sauce Co, Unholy Health, Wild Country Organics

In season at the moment: Asparagus, artichokes, aubergines, basil, beetroot, broad beans, claytonia, celery, celeriac, cauliflower, carrots, chard, courgette flowers, courgettes, cucumbers, French beans, garlic, kale, lettuce, land cress, leeks, new potatoes, peas, stored apples and pears, red, white, and spring cabbage, radishes, rhubarb, raspberries, sorrel, spring greens, spring onions, strawberries, spinach, tomatoes, Tuscan kale.
