Syd Aston was one of the first organic bakers in London, and has built up a reputation for quality which goes back many years.
Syd has a background in farming, and so he understands fully the principles behind organic food from seed to loaf. His personal principles have not shifted since day one; top quality, hand-made breads produced on a small scale with minimum impact on the environment.
Now based at Sheepdrove farm in Berkshire, Syd is experimenting with ancient grains being grown on the farm to create a range of unusual breads.
