J-Min and Kim Min met while working at a fashion company in London. They started by selling healthy Korean food to their colleagues, and before long, they found themselves setting up a parasol at London farmers’ markets, specialising in authentic kimchi. They produce sugar free naturally fermented kimchi using local seasonal produce. They also cater for charming events like classical concerts and quirky outdoor adventures.
In Korean tradition, it’s said that kimchi reflects the maker’s mood, emotion, and sincerity and they truly honour that. Even though they follow the same recipe every time, they learned that mindset matters. So they endeavour to stay modest and present (at least) on kimchi-making days!
