Highbury Fields farmers market opens on Sunday the 26th of July.

We have been working on getting a market up and running in Highbury for a long time and are super excited to be able to launch Highbury Fields as a weekly 10am to 2pm Sunday market in such a lovely location.

Huge thanks to Islington Council Parks Department and everyone else involved for their work on bringing the market to Highbury Fields to fruition. We believe it will quickly establish as an essential part of life in Highbury.

Stalls on launch day will include Beer Fisheries - fresh fish from Lyme Bay, Astons Bakehouse - beautiful sourdough bread, Isle of Wight Tomatoes - does what its says on the tin, Rosebie Morton Flowers - beautiful scented flowers grown in Hampshire, Wild Country Organics - organically grown and certified veg from Cambridge, Cornish Gouda - great quality gouda cheeses made in Cornwall, Cakehole - delicious cakes and bakes, Fosse Meadows - slow grown, high welfare, free-range, pasture-raised chicken, Unholy Health - fermented Kombucha, herbal infused vinegars, SO Chilli - family run business making chilli jams from their own chilli plants, Ted's Veg - a range of veg grown in Lincolnshire, Stevens of Sibsey - another Lincolnshire based business producing a range of flowers, My Angry Pasta - lovely, lovely pasta, Chalk Stream - rainbow trout farmed on the banks of the Test & Itchen chalkstream rivers in Hampshire, Forest Biltong - Biltong & Droewors made from wild boar and venison from Sussex. Fruit Way Farm - small family business in Abingdon, Oxfordshire producing high quality fruit and veg along with beautiful flowers. Giggly Pig - handmade sausages and pork products, specialising in 85% lean, free-range pork from rare British Saddleback pigs raised on their farm in Essex. Le Petit Moulin Traiteur - French cuisine at its finest. Authentic, fresh dishes to be enjoyed at your convenience.
