Bucks Star Beer is a solar-powered, zero-waste microbrewery in Milton Keynes that produces live beers in as pure a manner as possible: unfiltered, unpasteurised, no isinglass (fish bladder), no added sugars/syrups or CO2, organic malt. The natural carbonation in the beers is purely the result of the active brewer’s yeast, which still contains its essential minerals, B vitamins and probiotic qualities.
