The idea for Fritterly started in Berlin with a pop-up dining experience where a chef friend and I created a three course Caribbean/West African menu. Both the starter and the dessert consisted of Fritters and the consensus was that they were the most popular part. At that point I realised my next venture would be solely based around Fritters.
Fritterly started at Victoria Park in summer 2018. We are influenced mostly by the Caribbean cuisine, although you may find some of our sides and condiments are inspired by our travels. We cater for all major allergens, our Fritters and sides are free from gluten, dairy, soya, eggs and nuts.”
