Richard and Jennifer run a 2.5 acre small holding in Kent, growing flowers and plants for markets and fruit and vegetables which go into Jennifers' home made preserves. They keep pigs to clear and manure the ground naturally, as long as they can keep them out of their 2 polytunnels!
