Friends Zia & Gul started Two Lads Kitchen to bring authentic Afghan street food to London.
They create delicious dishes like Lamb mantu: Steamed Afghan dumplings filled with minced lamb, onions, green, yellow, red pepper and some spices on a bed of lentils with black pepper creamy yoghurt and fresh red chillis.
