Liv, founder of Liv’s Baked Goodies is a small business owner baking delicious goodies such as cakes, brownies, cookies, brownies, savoury pastries with vegan and gluten free options too.
Liv was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. She studied gastronomy in university and has been been a pastry chef for 12 years. After working all over the world in fine dining and hotels in London, New York and Melbourn, she returned to London with the pandemic, to start her own company.
She uses seasonal ingredients as well as to incorporate her Turkish Jewish heritage in her baking. She sources flour from WILDFARMED where they create a market for farmers that rewards quality rather than quantity - quality of farmers crops, soils and ecosystems.
