About this producer

The Queen Of Tarts believes that for something to taste good it needs to be more than 'good', it needs to be the best it can possibly be! They use the finest ingredients that they can get their hands on and grow their own fruit and vegetables to create wonderful jams, chutneys, tarts, biscuits, pastries and cakes - where they can’t grow enough to keep up with demand they buy from local growers, supporting them and keeping their carbon footprint to a minimum.

They work with the seasons- so their range changes frequently and they love a spot of foraging so you will find lots of seasonal wild produce finding its way into their food; in spring, wild garlic, later it's elderflowers and berries, wild damsons and even dandelions get a look in!

Their ex-battery hens lay the freshest free range eggs- they roam the paddock with their three rare breed sheep- happy hen eggs make for great baking and Queens of Markets want you to taste that in their goodies.
