Having spent 20 years in London, the last decade of which as a professional gardener for private clients, it was time for pastures new – literally. Lizzie Fairrie and husband, Steve Keenan moved at the back end of 2013 to north Dorset to three acres of land with a house attached to set up a cut-flower farm.
They grow a range of flowers and foliage for cutting, selling as both bouquets and single stems. The varieties grown are predominantly scented to produce fragrant, seasonal English bunches.
