Millets has been owned by the Carter family since 1952. They're based in Oxfordshire, where their extensive orchards grow many varieties of apples, plums and pears, some of which go into their juice. They start the vegetable season with asparagus. In the summer months, their stalls are a riot of colour from the many varieties of berries. From August onwards they come to market with their apples, pears and plums. They also grow vegetables - from broad beans to the largest parsnips around!
