Dough Lads specialise in Neapolitan style pizza. They knead their dough to make it a perfectly softened and smooth and then rest it for 36 hours to make it stretchable and give the perfect crust when cooked at around 400 degrees in their wood fired oven.

Jay and Ahmad are both experienced pizza chefs. They do not compromise on the quality of their product which includes a delicious vegan option.
