Beige and Bougie was founded by Tim & Petra Sonmez (son and mother) in early 2020 during the first Covid-19 lockdown. Both Tim and Petra had a dream to pursue an entrepreneurial food business together, and Beige and Bougie came to life in April 2021. They bring a range of sweet and savoury crepes and galettes, using fresh and natural locally sourced ingredients, from small producers wherever possible.
