Winter vegetables; Beetroot, celery, celeriac, kale, kholrabi, parsnips, sprouting broccoli, swede, sprouts and sprout tops, turnips,  red and green cabbage, Jerusalem artichokes,  and more are all in peak fitness ready for the colder months. 

Stored apples and pears; forced rhubarb will  be making an appearance.
