Is it too early in the year to think about a crumble? Greengages and damsons make the best crumbles (after gooseberries) in our opinion. Pair with a carton of cream from the market and you're sorted!
There are many different varieties of plums; try a few and see which you like. They also make lovely compotes, great for breakfast with yogurt and granola, and wonderful jam.
This September we'll be bringing two new markets to Balham and Leytonstone.
