Stocks Farm

Brothers Chris and Iain Learmonth farm organically near Cochester in Essex. They rear sheep, cattle, free range pigs & chickens, and have an orchard of over 15 varieties of apples. Iain makes black pudding, haggis and a huge range of sausages including sage, leek, & pork and apple. He often experiments with curing techiques so you'll never know what you'll find! They deservedly have long queues at market, and cut their meat to order.
