Polish Village

Jacek Ciscewski recently founded Polish Village Cuisine to showcase the best of the cooking that he grew up with in Poland. He sources all his key ingredients from local farms, including some of the farms that sell at London Farmers' Markets. Product range varies with the seasons, but some of his regular staples include:
