Pieminister

Pieminister are producers of some of the best hand-made pies in the West Country, and indeed in the UK. Launched just over 5 years ago by accomplished chef Tristan Hogg, they have quickly set about their mission of reinvigorating the great, but often maligned, British tradition of pie-making (and of course pie-eating). Their name has since become a byword for quality pies made with fresh UK ingredients - free-range meat and locally-grown vegetables.
