The Mersham Shoot

Mersham Game runs a large shoot in the heart of Kent, priding themselves in not only providing good sport but ensuring that many other species benefit from their activities. Numbers of Corn Buntings, Lapwing, Yellow Hammer and Skylarks have all increased over the years. It is also their aim to introduce game as a food to as many people as possible by not only proving that it is the ultimate free range food but that it is sustainable, healthy and of course very tasty indeed!! Their hand raised game pies are becoming famous and are the staple on many a picnic or for lunch with a good salad. They will bring an evolving range of game products to keep tickling the taste buds and to keep customers in anticipation of what is coming next.
