Coco

Coco, formed and run by Dolores, sells totally homemade cakes and bakes made by Dolores herself.  Coco cakes and bakes are made using free range, organic and fair trade products only.  The finest ingredients are sourced, and seasonal products used, to produce interesting flavours such as passion fruit and coconut, chocolate and beetroot or fresh mint and white chocolate, amongst others.  Dolores is also a huge fan of using floral flavours such as elderflower, lavender or rose so expect to find these in scones, cupcakes, whole cakes and shortbread. 

Cakes are sold by the slice and may also be purchased whole but best to let Dolores know what you would like, in advance of market day, to avoid disappointment.
