Maximus Sustainable Fishing is a family run business, fishing in a small scale low impact way ever since around 1890. Generations of knowledge go in to finding the best fish and they have been selling direct to the public since 2009, finding the need to add value to their catches due to short quotas and rising fuel costs.

Their "devoted public" really love their top quality fish, and they also supply top chefs like Tom Aikens and Mitch Tonks. They work constantly to lead the industry to a more sustainable future, meeting with MPs, wind farm companys and marine conservation stakeholder groups.
