The Chutney and Preserve Company

Catherine Michanicou started The Chutney & Preserve Company from her kitchen using the apple trees from her garden and the vegetables from her allotment after a glut of produce was grown one year. She makes everything from her kitchen and has an extensive list of products which are made according to what is in season.
