Butterfly Meadow

Steve Dansey, of Butterfly Meadow, runs a small but incredibly diverse mixed farm in Kent. Steve's latest venture is the production of dried fruit and fruit leathers from soft fruit and top fruit which he grows himself on the farm. For those of you who haven't tried fruit leathers before, they are a great healthy snack with a remarkable amount of flavour, which is far from the dull and boring image which dried fruit might often be tarred with. Steve's fruit leathers are some of the best available, and families will be very pleased to know that children often love these snacks much more than they go for unhealthy mass-produced sweets full of artificial sweeteners, saving parents a lot of worry!
