The Angela Malik cookery school in Acton teaches its pupils about the wide and exciting world of Asian cooking – including the food of India, China, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Angela’s expertise in balancing the rich flavours of the East can now be experienced through her London Farmer’s Market stalls, which sells her Indian and Thai pestos, delicious chutneys, samosas and Thai fish cakes, all of them handmade in the kitchens of the cookery school using locally sourced ingredients.
