- Duck and orange burgers from Manor Farm Game (07778 706179).
Totally delicious; available from Hatfield and St Albans farmers’
markets, among others.
- Pure Cornish honey, made by K Fitch. My favourite from a fabulous
selection at Tavistock market in Devon.
- Native and rock oysters from Richard Haward of Colchester (01206
383284). Available from Pimlico Road farmers’ market and
by mail order.
- Clover Hill Farm pies are practically unrivalled (07973 389
267). Get them at the Notting Hill farmers’ market in London.
